Lincoln Memorial University’s DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine (DCOM) is seeking a dedicated Learning Specialist to support medical students in achieving academic success and passing written licensing exams prior to graduation.
This role plays a critical part in student retention and first‑time board pass rates by providing individualized academic strategy support and collaborating with our Success Team.
What You’ll Do:- Provide one‑on‑one academic skill development and exam preparation strategies
- Monitor first‑time licensing exam pass rates with the Success Team
- Develop personalized academic success plans
- Support student progression and retention efforts
- Master’s degree in Education or related field
- Experience in higher education
- Strong academic coaching and student support skills
- Certified Learning Specialist
- Experience in health professions education
- State licensure or certification in a professional field
