Associate Practical Nursing Instructor
Join the Tennessee Board of Regents (T ) as an Associate Practical Nursing Instructor. This full‑time, multi‑campus instructor will serve multiple campuses until the Bledsoe County Campus is completed, then primarily locate at Bledsoe County.
General Duties- Teach the full course curriculum and develop course outlines, lesson plans, lectures, and exams for multiple campuses.
- Supervise students’ clinical experiences according to schedule.
- Provide individual evaluation of each student’s progress and offer counseling and recommendations when required.
- Maintain confidential, accurate, and complete student records.
- Participate in recruitment of students and placement of graduates.
- Maintain ongoing competency required for RN licensure by pursuing continuing education opportunities.
- Associate Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred.
- Current Tennessee Registered Nurse license.
- Minimum of three years current hospital and/or nursing home experience.
- Previous teaching experience a plus.
Salary is commensurate with experience and in accordance with salary guidelines established by the Tennessee Board of Regents.
