Title: Campus Director, North Davidson Campus
POSITION SUMMARYThe Campus Director provides strategic leadership for the North Davidson campus, managing site administration, academic operations and student support services while building partnerships to strengthen enrollment and student success.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS / JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Supports the mission, values, plans, policies, and procedures of the College.
- Sets the direction and vision for the campus.
- Leads and supervises the extended campus, including academic operations, student services and resources, and community engagement.
- Builds strong relationships with local school systems, employers, and community organizations to strengthen enrollment and services that benefit students and communities.
- Supports student recruitment, persistence and completion in alignment with college-wide goals.
- Proposes, develops, and manages the campus budget in accordance with departmental priorities and available resources.
- Represents the college within the community and serves as key point of contact for external stakeholders.
- Coordinates the management of physical facilities and equipment used by the Campus to ensure adequate infrastructure for classroom instruction, administrative and student support, and building maintenance.
- Assesses current and emerging workforce needs and provides academic deans with information to support academic program development.
- Develops and implements enrollment recruiting strategies for campus service area.
- Creates and maintains student-centered academic schedules including faculty staffing.
- Implements and supervises registration and orientation events.
- Coordinates student life engagement activities.
- Recruits and supervises full-time and part-time employees in accordance with college policies and procedures.
- Ensures that adequate information and communications are provided to all full- and part-time faculty and staff.
- Conducts annual evaluation of full-time and regular part-time staff in accordance with college evaluation procedures.
- Maintains an active advisory committee for the campus.
- Bachelor’s Degree from a regionally accredited institution.
- Two (2) years of administrative or managerial experience required.
- Two (2) years of experience in an educational setting.
- Experience working with a varied community.
- Master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution.
- Higher education administration experience.
- Two (2) or more years of extended campus experience.
- Experience with program and curriculum development.
- Bi-lingual.
- Experience with strategic planning.
- Experience with developing and implementing student success strategy.
- Experience with developing initiatives and partnerships.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community. Ability to make decisions independently and clearly communicate ideas. Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills. Requires strong organizational, analytical, and technical skills. Computer skills with intermediate expertise using various software packages. Strong initiative and ability to work effectively with in groups and independently.

Rate of Pay: $78,210.00 - $97,764.00 depending on experience
