We are actively recruiting Board Certified/Board Eligible (BC/BE) providers to contribute to the expansion of services in Family Medicine near FLAG POND, TN. This is a permanent opportunity that encourages applications from experienced practitioners, with a preference for those with five or more years of experience. However, we also welcome new graduates who are eager to embark on a fulfilling career in Family Medicine.

In these employed positions, you will practice in an outpatient-only setting, focusing on delivering comprehensive and patient-centered family medicine services. The call coverage for this role is minimal, specifically for the Primary Care clinic, promoting a healthy work-life balance for our providers. We currently have available office space, providing an environment conducive to collaboration and optimal patient care. We actively welcome both J1 and H1b candidates, recognizing the value of diversity in our healthcare community and the unique perspectives that each provider brings.

As part of our commitment to supporting our providers, the base salary compensation package is designed to be competitive and may include a commencement bonus, assistance with medical education debt, relocation assistance, and reimbursement for licensure, professional dues, and subscriptions.
