Key Responsibilities:

Patient Care:
Provide comprehensive inpatient care during the night shifts. Manage admissions, ongoing patient care, and discharge planning as needed. Coordinate with nursing staff, ancillary services, and other healthcare providers to ensure high-quality care. Coverage:
Work exclusively during nocturnal hours, providing consistent night-time coverage. Handle all inpatient needs from 7 PM to 7 AM. Address urgent and emergent patient conditions in a timely manner. Practice Details:
Support Staff:
Collaborate with a full team of nurses, physician assistants, and administrative staff. Access to specialty consults as needed. EMR System:

Experience with EMR systems is required, with training provided as necessary. Board Certification:
Must be board certified or board eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine. Licensure:
Must hold or be willing to obtain a Tennessee medical license. Certification Requirements: BLS and ACLS certifications are required. Must be comfortable working independently during night shifts. Patient Load:
