What you’ll do

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry with a strong focus on restorative care

• Perform hygiene exams and build strong, trust-based patient relationships

• Create treatment plans that are ethical, patient-centered, and clinically sound

• Collaborate with a high-performing team to drive excellent patient experience and outcomes

• Contribute to practice growth through quality care, consistency, and leadership

Ownership path

This position includes a defined buy-in opportunity typically available within 3–4 months, based on mutual fit and performance. You’ll have visibility into how the practice operates and a structured transition plan designed to move you from associate to owner with support.

What we’re looking for

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental program

• Active (or eligible) Tennessee dental license
