• Greet and assist patients and parents with check-in/check-out.
• Schedule appointments and manage the daily schedule.
• Verify insurance and handle billing inquiries.
• Maintain patient records with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Provide exceptional support to our clinical team and families.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

• Prior experience in a dental or medical front office (pediatric experience a plus!).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A friendly, compassionate attitude and professional appearance.
• Comfort with dental software systems and general office tech.
• A team player who brings positive energy to every interaction.
