ScheduleMonday – Thursday | 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation and BenefitsBi-weekly, hourly pay (up to $50/hour) with the option to Daily Pay. Ability to earn daily and quarterly bonuses. Full time is a minimum of 30 hours to receive the full benefits package, which includes United Healthcare, PPO health care, paid holidays, 401k, dental, vision, wellness benefits, and more. A $5,000 welcome bonus is available for full-time Dental Hygienists.

- Current dental hygienist license in TN and an associate’s or bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene (as required)
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
- CPR Certification
- Open to new grads with license and experienced hygienist
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays, and electronic medical record systems
- Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventative care
- Clinical needs as required by office
- Ability to perform essential duties with reasonable accommodation as needed
- Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds
- Availability to attend virtual or in-person training periodically
- TB testing is required for all new hires in dental office positions (not applicable in FL & TN)
