In this role, you will:- Build strong relationships and trust with customers through open, effective communication
- Ensure inventory is well-stocked to meet customer needs
- Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications daily
- Multi-task while maintaining a high level of attention to detail
- Collaborate as part of a growing, team-oriented environment
- Troubleshoot and solve customer issues with a positive, solutions-focused mindset
- Support customers in alignment with our service standards and company policies
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and positive demeanor at all times
Experience with manufacturing accounting and inventory systems is a plus!
We're looking for someone who has:- 2+ years of customer support or customer service experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve customer concerns effectively
- A customer-first mindset and ability to build lasting rapport
- Proven ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and stay organized
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent attention to detail
- A consistently positive and professional attitude
