Branch Customer Service & Sales Representative – Cool Springs, TN

Job Description- Drive new business with competitive travel, membership, and insurance products.
- Support member retention for AAA’s 14+ million members.
- Work in a branch office that serves travel, membership, insurance sales, and support functions.
- Lead a customer‑centered culture by promoting satisfaction and engaging in office events to generate revenue.

- Provide sales and support services to members, including greeting, servicing, and selling memberships, travel products, and selected banking products.
- Generate leads and update members on travel and insurance specials.
- Respond to customer inquiries and refer to senior staff or agents when appropriate.
- Handle cashiering services: process payments, manage cash drawer, and perform remittance/depository transfers.
- Address and resolve member/customer complaints, escalating to management as needed.
- Offer administrative support to travel and insurance sales staff during peak periods.
- Conduct outbound promotional calls for insurance and/or travel products.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: Customer‑focused environment, timely problem solving, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Basic math skills for accurate monetary transactions.
- Ability to multi‑task, prioritize tasks, and meet service goals.
- Team player who excels under pressure in a high‑volume setting.
- Willingness to work irregular hours, holidays, weekends, and community events.
- Demonstrated passion for working with people and exceeding member expectations.
