Summary
Williamson County Schools School Age Child Care program (SACC) is currently hiring a full-time Assistant Site Leader in Williamson County in Nolensville, working to support Mill Creek and Nolensville Elementary Schools. Assistant Site Leaders assist with managing and supporting the day-to-day operation at assigned school locations. They provide onsite leadership and child care support, and assist with scheduling, planning, and other administrative tasks as required.
Required hours are 6:15-9:00 a.m. and 3:00-6:00 p.m. with additional required administrative hours during the day, for an average of 8 hours per day. This is a 40-hour-per-week position. During school breaks, assistant site leaders must be available for 8-hour shifts between 6:15 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. The well-qualified applicant should have child care, management, and administrative experience.
- This is an hourly position paying between $36,895 and $48,212 a year, based on experience

- High School diploma, degree preferred
- Successfully pass a background check
- Current First Aid/ CPR certification (can be obtained after hire)
- 18 years of age or older
