Hospitality Operations Internship Summer

This position is responsible for collaborating with the Operations Management team on the day-to-day operations of all aspects of Operations, including Admissions, Attractions, and Transportation/Parking.

• Perform front-line duties as needed, including, but not limited to:
  Ticketing Host, Attractions Host, Transportation/Parking Host, etc.
• Participate in Safety, Management, and Team Lead meetings.
• Learn scheduling procedures and applicable state and federal regulations.
• Learn timekeeping procedures and accompanying Human Resources policies.
• Learn performance review procedures.
• Assist with written communications, including the development of new communication methods.
• Assist with creating and implementing improvements in safety, guest excellence, profit contribution, and job satisfaction.
• Assist with Operations team projects, including surveys, appreciation events, team outings, and company parties.
• Assist the Operations Management team with various tasks.
• Completing a minimum of one project benefiting the focus area, as determined by Management.
