Your Role

As an Automotive Technician, you will play a crucial role in diagnosing and repairing vehicles while ensuring our guests receive the best service possible. Your expertise will help us maintain our high standards and deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize your skills to diagnose and repair vehicles for our guests.
  • Gain experience working on a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
  • Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
  • Collaborate with your team to troubleshoot guest concerns efficiently.
  • Uphold our standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
  • Communicate effectively with the service department regarding any concerns.
  • Work together with fellow technicians to solve problems and meet deadlines.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift and/or move over 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Comfortable working with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
  • Capable of working in tight spaces as needed for repairs.
  • Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
  • Ability to walk or stand for most of the workday.
  • Experience driving manual transmission vehicles.
  • Maintain a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment.
  • Proficient in navigating a computer.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
  • Expertise in diagnostics and driveability issues.
  • ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
  • Meet or exceed hourly goals consistently.
  • Aptitude for learning new skills and processes.
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
  • Current driver’s license.
