Your RoleAre you an energetic and upbeat automotive technician with a knack for problem-solving? If you have a positive attitude and a desire to make a difference for our guests, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities- Utilize your skills to diagnose and repair vehicles, ensuring our guests receive the best service possible.
- Gain valuable experience working on a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
- Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
- Collaborate with your team to troubleshoot and resolve guest concerns efficiently.
- Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- Communicate effectively with the service department regarding any concerns.
- Work alongside fellow technicians to meet deadlines and deliver outstanding results.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve our guests.
- 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience, with at least 2 years specializing in European vehicles.
- Proficiency with ODIS, VCDS, or similar diagnostic systems.
- ASE Certifications are preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
- Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
- A commitment to meeting or exceeding hourly goals.
- A willingness to learn and grow in your role.
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
- A desire for long-term career development.
- Ability to lift and/or move over 100 pounds occasionally.
- Comfortable working with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
- Capable of working in tight spaces as needed for repairs.
- Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
- Ability to walk or stand for the majority of the workday.
- Experience driving manual transmission vehicles.
- Proficient in navigating a computer.
