Key Responsibilities- Utilize your expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles for our valued guests.
- Gain hands-on experience with a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
- Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
- Collaborate with your team to troubleshoot and resolve guest concerns efficiently.
- Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
- Communicate effectively with the service department regarding any concerns.
- Work alongside fellow technicians to meet deadlines and achieve outstanding results.
- Ability to lift and/or move over 50 pounds occasionally.
- Comfortable working with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
- Capable of working in tight spaces as needed for repairs.
- Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
- Willingness to walk or stand for most of the workday.
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
- Maintain a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment.
- Proficient in navigating a computer for diagnostics and reporting.
- 10+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
- Expertise in diagnostics and drive-ability issues.
- ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
- Skilled in diagnosing and repairing all makes and models of vehicles.
- Ability to meet or exceed hourly goals.
- Aptitude for learning new skills and processes.
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills.
- Current driver’s license.
