As an Automotive Technician / Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive top-notch service. Your expertise will help diagnose and repair vehicles, all while working in a supportive team environment.

• Utilize your skills to diagnose and repair vehicles for our guests.
• Gain experience across a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Collaborate with your team to troubleshoot guest concerns efficiently.
• Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicate effectively with the service department regarding any concerns.
• Work together with fellow technicians to solve problems and meet deadlines.

• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve our guests.
• 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience, including 2+ years specializing in European vehicles.
• Proficiency with ODIS, VCDS, or similar diagnostic systems.
• ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
• A commitment to meeting or exceeding hourly goals.
• A willingness to learn new skills and processes.
• A professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• A desire for long-term career development.

• Ability to lift and/or move over 100 pounds occasionally.
• Comfortable working with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
• Ability to work in tight spaces as required by vehicle repairs.
• Dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• Ability to walk/stand for the majority of the workday.
• Capability to drive manual transmission vehicles.
• Proficiency in navigating a computer efficiently.
