As an Automotive Technician / Mechanic, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission to ensure our guests drive away with confidence. Here’s what you’ll be doing:

• Diagnosing and fixing vehicles using your expertise and skills.
• Building your experience across a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Conducting thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Collaborating with a team to troubleshoot guest concerns swiftly and effectively.
• Upholding our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicating effectively with the service department about any concerns.
• Working alongside fellow technicians to solve problems and meet deadlines.

If you’re ready to take your career to the next level, check out our qualifications:

• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve our guests.
• 5+ years of professional automotive technician experience, with at least 2 years specializing in European vehicles.
• Proficiency with ODIS, VCDS, or similar diagnostic systems.
• ASE Certifications are preferred, or a plan to achieve them.
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
• A commitment to meeting or exceeding hourly goals.
• A willingness to learn new skills and processes.
• A professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• A desire for long-term career development.

We want you to be prepared for the demands of the job:

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
• Work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
• Navigate tight spaces as required by vehicle repairs.
• Exhibit dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• Stand or walk for the majority of your workday.
• Drive manual transmission vehicles.
• Efficiently navigate a computer.
