Location: Pigeon Forge
- Serve as a Front Line Host and Assistant Team Lead at ride, parking and front gate operations.
- Participate in safety meetings.
- Participate in Team Leader meetings.
- Learn scheduling procedures.
- Learn time keeping procedures.
- Learn performance review procedures.
- Assist with written communications.
- Assist with creating and implementing improvements in safety, guest excellence, profit contribution and job satisfaction.
- Assist with Admissions &Attractions’ team projects including surveys, appreciation events, team outings and company party.
- Assist Admissions & Attractions Supervisors with various tasks.
- Complete one project benefiting at leastone Admissions & Attractions area as determined by management.
