Administrative Assistant
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our senior leadership team. The ideal candidate is a master of logistics and a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will be the "right hand" to our executives, managing multiple priorities with poise, handling confidential information with absolute discretion, and ensuring the daily operations of the office run seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities- Calendar & Meeting Management: Coordinate complex schedules, schedule meetings across multiple time zones, and proactively prepare agendas to ensure leadership is briefed and ready.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange comprehensive travel, accommodations, and detailed itineraries, providing "door-to-door" support for business trips.
- Documentation & Reporting: Prepare high-quality reports, PowerPoint presentations, and internal documents.
- Project Liaison: Assist with project coordination and follow up on key initiatives to ensure deadlines are met and stakeholders are aligned.
- Communication: Support internal and external communications, acting as a professional gatekeeper and point of contact for the executive office.
- Event Planning: Coordinate special events, company functions, and off-sites from conception to execution.
- Experience: At least three (3) years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably supporting senior-level management.

Skills:
Proven proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). - Discretion: A proven track record of handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost integrity.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Organization: Superior multitasking abilities and a "no task is too small" attitude.
