This is a pure execution role. You’ll prepare, stage, deliver, and reset Bolt Farm’s signature experience packages with speed, accuracy, and consistency.

You’ll support:

• Proposal & celebration experiences
• Romance packages
• Spa & wellness enhancements
• Special requests
• Guest WOW moments

You’ll also assist with:

• Happy Hour drink service
• Check-ins and service recovery
• Inventory and restocking
• Rebooking conversations

• Execute experience packages to exact SOPs
• Stage rooms, rituals, and amenities to Bolt Farm benchmarks
• Follow precise checklists, time windows, and sequences
• Support hosts with drink service and guest care
• Maintain inventory with disciplined accuracy
• Keep all spaces guest-ready at all times
• Communicate clearly and minimally
• Deliver calm, efficient, warm service
