and make a lasting difference in the lives of children and families. We are seeking a passionate, self-driven Office Administrative Manager for our Somerville, TN office. This role supports the mission of the Child Advocacy Center by ensuring a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for children, families, and multidisciplinary partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a welcoming and professional point of contact for children, families, visitors, and partner agencies
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall order of the office and common areas
  • Manage daily office operations, including scheduling, phones, mail, filing, and record maintenance
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents using Microsoft Office applications
  • Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and vendor services
  • Support staff with administrative tasks and special projects
  • Assist with planning and supporting special events, including some evenings and weekends
  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Respond effectively and calmly to crisis situations involving children and families
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma and valid Driver’s License
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well with children and families experiencing crisis or trauma
  • Self‑motivated problem solver who can work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in office management, administrative, or nonprofit setting
  • Experience working in child advocacy, social services, healthcare, or a trauma‑informed environment
  • Bilingual skills are a plus (if applicable)
