Salary: $140,000 - $200,000 DOE + Annual Bonus Potential

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Manager to lead a small team of tax professionals within one of our regional offices. This leadership role offers the opportunity to manage complex engagements, mentor staff, and contribute to firm-wide success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing tax team
• Manage and review complex tax engagements for individuals and businesses
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations
• Maintain strong client relationships and provide proactive tax planning guidance
• Collaborate with firm leadership to support strategic initiatives
• Monitor deadlines, budgets, and workflow to ensure timely delivery of services

Requirements:

• Active CPA license (required)
• Bachelors Degree in Accounting or similar field
• Minimum 8 years of experience in public accounting (tax focus)
• Proven leadership and staff management skills
• Strong client service and communication abilities
• Experience with tax software and project management tools preferred
