What you’ll be doing :

Leading and coordinating multiple projects, engaging with internal teams, external partners, and customers to ensure successful delivery.
Managing project intake and initiation, creating clear Scopes of Work with defined success criteria, timelines, and responsibilities.
Monitoring project health, identifying risks early, and driving corrective actions to keep everything on track.
Building and maintaining Gantt charts, tracking progress, and holding stakeholders accountable.
Acting as the main point of contact for customers—capturing requirements, reporting progress, and managing risks.
Producing regular project status reports and KPIs for senior leadership.
Driving continuous improvement by reviewing lessons learned and refining processes.
Supporting compliance with ISO standards and best practices.

What we’re looking for:

Experience in project management, ideally delivering physical products or solutions to customers.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, including large-scale, multi-site initiatives.
Strong organisational skills and a track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
Experience working in a matrix structure and coordinating diverse stakeholders.
Excellent communication skills and confidence in customer-facing roles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; experience with MS Project.
Ability to create and manage Gantt charts and project documentation.
Project management certification (Prince2, PMI, or equivalent) is desirable.
Willingness to travel within the UK and occasionally internationally
