Qualified Teachers & Cover Supervisors Needed – Northamptonshire

We are a specialist education recruitment agency working in partnership with a large and well-established secondary school trust across Corby and Kettering. As the exclusive recruitment partner to this trust, we are able to offer consistent, ongoing work for education professionals who are local to the area.

We are currently recruiting Fully Qualified Teachers and Cover Supervisors to work across multiple secondary schools within the trust.

Roles Available:

Fully Qualified Teachers (QTS)

Cover Supervisors

Day-to-day, short-term, and long-term assignments available

Opportunities across a range of subject areas

What We’re Looking For:

Qualified Teachers: UK QTS (or equivalent recognised qualification)

Cover Supervisors:
Experience working with young people (school-based experience preferred)

Strong classroom management skills

A professional, reliable, and adaptable approach

Ability to travel to schools across Corby and Kettering

Commitment to supporting high standards of education

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
