Tech-savvy, patient, and great with people? CRD Careers is placing a Help Desk Technician in Central Bergen County, NJ — a solid opportunity for someone who genuinely likes solving problems and helping users.
What you’ll do:- Provide Tier 1/2 technical support to end users
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Log and manage tickets through a help desk system
- Escalate complex issues and document resolutions
- 2+ years of help desk or IT support experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and common business apps
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred
- Calm under pressure — great communicator
Compensation: $75,000–$95,000 | Hybrid | Bergen County, NJ
