Reconciliation Analyst

Responsibilities

The client is seeking a Reconciliation Analyst in Tenafly, NJ. The Accounting & Reconciliation Specialist will review, reconcile, and process financial transactions to ensure accuracy and compliance. The role also supports reconciliation tasks, cleanup projects, and periodic reporting as directed by finance leadership.

• Review and process financial documents for accuracy and compliance
• Assist with routine reconciliations and discrepancy resolution
• Maintain organized records and schedules
• Support cleanup of outstanding items and historical corrections
• Assist with reporting cycles, audits, and month‑end activities

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 3‑5 years of accounting or accounts payable experience
• Experience with reconciliations and financial document review
• Strong spreadsheet skills

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors such as relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
