As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), your journey begins by obtaining Securities Industry licenses, with dedicated and personalized classes for Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7 and Series 66 Exams. You will learn foundational skills to be an advisor—from acquiring, building and managing client relationships to guiding clients with advice and solutions to help them live their best financial lives, while humanizing financial interactions.
After achieving key milestones, you will work in a financial center helping to deliver Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions and client care. We equip you with what you need as you progress through the stages of development.
Upon successful licensed progression to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, you will continue to grow relationships within a client portfolio, with the Academy providing ongoing programs, tools, and resources throughout your career journey. This position is open to the entire market with location determined by business needs.
This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. All employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. You will be required to register and comply with the SAFE Act background check and registration process. Failure to obtain and/or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in termination.

Earn your SIE, Series 7 and Series 66 licenses (63 & 65 accepted, in lieu of 66) through structured lessons and study time. You must obtain your SIE within 30 days of hire and Series 7 & 66 within 120 days.
Build your network by interacting with banking customers, small business owners and higher net worth clients, leveraging relationships to grow your business.
Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice, deliver client reviews/presentations with confidence, and recommend strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals and life priorities.
Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to the solutions we provide through Bank of America and Merrill.
Support the development and progression from FSA I to FSA II, including license attainment and client relationship management.
Deliver bank and investment solutions and high-quality client care in a financial center environment.
Collaborate with partners to address client needs and provide appropriate financial guidance.
Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.
Self-discipline in managing time and capacity.
Experience in cultivating client relationships, assessing needs and recommending solutions.
Ability to build strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
Results-driven mindset prioritizing clients’ interests in a complex, fast-paced environment.
Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
Learns and adapts to new technology or applications.
Currently holds FINRA SIE
Bachelor’s degree and/or one year of financial services industry or sales experience

Pay Transparency details: US - NJ - Tenafly, NJ;
Pay range $28.85 - $33.65 hourly; offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. This role is compensated with a base salary and is not incentive eligible. Benefits are provided, including paid time off and other resources to support employees.
