• Weekly Guaranteed Pay: $1230 per week
• Solo Miles Pay: $0.48 per mile (≈ 2500 miles per week)
• Solo Stops Pay: $8.00 per stop (5–10 stops per week)
• Drop and Hook Pay: $6.00 per drop/hook
• Shutdown Bonus: $2000 paid in two installments
• Safety Bonus: $250 per quarter (if applicable)

• Minimum 21 years of age
• Pass a Ryder Drug Test
• Pass a Ryder background and motor‑vehicle check, including drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years
• Pass a DOT physical
• Pass a Ryder road test
• Prove Class A CDL with endorsements for the position
• Class A experience: 9 months within the past 3 years OR 2 years within the last 5 years OR 5 years within the last 10 years
• Ability to follow written and oral instructions
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures

• Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and agency rules, standards, and guidelines
• Detect and eliminate or minimize safety hazards; maintain accurate records and logs
• Load/unload freight or assist in loading/unloading if required by the customer
• Perform other duties as assigned
