Immediate hiring for a Dedicated SOLO Class A CDL Driver in Temple, TX. Drive local home daily routes in a 53" dry van with no-touch auto parts. Earn $1,230+ weekly guarantee and supplemental bonuses.

• Weekly guarantee: $1,230
• Solo miles pay: $0.48 per mile with 2500 miles per week
• Solo stops pay: $8.00 per stop with 5–10 stops per week
• Drop & Hook pay: $6.00 per drop/hook
• Shutdown bonus: $2,000 paid in two installments
• Safety bonus: $250 per quarter (if applicable)
• Schedule:
  
  Monday‑Friday; occasional Saturdays or Tuesday‑Saturday

• Ensure compliance with applicable federal and state laws, regulations, and agency rules.
• Detect, eliminate or minimize safety hazards and maintain accurate records and logs.
• Load/unload freight or assist with loading/unloading as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Minimum 21 years of age.
• Pass Ryder Drug Test.
• Pass background and motor vehicle check with drug and alcohol verification from previous employers for the last 3 years.
• Pass DOT physical.
• Pass Ryder road test.
• Provide a valid CDL with appropriate endorsements.
• Class A experience verified: 9 months within past 3 years, or 2 years within last 5 years, or 5 years within last 10 years.
• Ability to follow written and/or oral instructions.
• Ability to read, interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies and procedures.

• Uniforms and boot allowance provided.
• Paid Personal Time Off starts at Day 1—80 hours accrued in first year, unused carry over pay.
