• High School Diploma and an additional 5 years’ experience in the mechanical, electrical, or electronic field of products relevant to the line of business or other military products.
• Knowledge of military maintenance systems (basic levels of repairs).
• Basic knowledge of appropriate technical manuals.
• Ability to learn, interpret, and use different types of engineering drawings and schematics.
• Basic understanding of system troubleshooting techniques.
• Must be able to obtain Secret Clearance.

• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to read schematics and drawings.
• Experience with Bradley and Bradley derivative modifications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Physical capability to perform essential functions, including working at heights, in confined spaces, and climbing stairs and ladders.
• Ability to carry a personal tool bag weighing 20–30 lbs.

Full‑time salary range: $52,955 – $84,728.
