Security Officer - Armed Patrol

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to guests, associates, and vendors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at a retail location;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout sales floors, entrances, parking areas, loading areas, and the perimeter to deter theft, vandalism, and other unwanted activity;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with disturbances, medical situations, alarms, and calls for service;
Control access to restricted areas, monitor CCTV and/or alarm systems, and communicate suspicious activity to store leadership and/or law enforcement;
Document routine and incident activity in reports and logs, preserve evidence, and participate in training, briefings, and equipment inspections
