• Provide excellent customer service to all parties encountered while on duty, including assistance with directions and general business information.
• Maintain accurate administrative logs at the front desk for people, property, and packages.
• Control access for tenants, visitors, or vendors as required.
• Monitor security guard cameras and conduct patrols to prevent theft and maintain a safe environment.
• Respond to incidents, including emergencies, and record incident data for building and Titan Security management.
• Other duties as assigned.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Experience as door staff professional or in a receptionist, customer service, clerical, hotel, or restaurant position.
• Comfortable around dogs, cats, and other pets/animals.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to acquire and maintain a valid Illinois Permanent Employee Registration Card (PERC) with state‑accredited training.
• Able to pass pre‑employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Fluent in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
• Must meet physical essential functions, including lifting 50+ lbs, foot patrols, walking up and down stairs, and working in inclement weather.

• Bi‑lingual considered a plus.
• Evening, overnight, and weekend availability required.
