Territory Sales Leader – Farmers Insurance

Compensation: Commission-Only + Performance Bonuses

Under the guidance of District Manager Stetson Smith, you will receive structured training, mentorship, and long-term growth support as you work toward agency ownership and leadership.
This role is best suited for individuals who want control, ownership, and long-term upside , not a traditional job.
What This Role Really IsAs a Sales Leader, you are building your own insurance business from the ground up.
You will:
- Develop and grow a personal book of business
- Prospect, network, and engage within your community
- Educate clients and present tailored insurance solutions
- Build systems, processes, and eventually a team
- Manage operations, planning, and growth strategy
- Work toward full agency ownership and contract value
This is a long-term career investment , not a quick-win sales role.
Compensation & Upside- Commission-only compensation
- 300% First-Year Bonus opportunity (performance-based)
- Additional bonuses up to $11,000+
- Monthly and annual production bonuses (up to 3 years)
