My name is Austin,

I was an Army Officer in 2020, that transitioned out of the military from Fort Hood where I stepped into a Roofing Consultant position at Holden Roofing. I had no experience in sales or construction, nor any experience in outside sales. I saw the opportunity for growth and a company that has heart and a desire to see others succeed. The transition was seamless and with the team that helped me along the way failure was nonexistent!

I was promoted to team leader within the first 9 months of working with Holden. After a year and a half of leaving the military, I reached a point of success where my wife no longer must work and can stay home with our children, with zero needs or wants! Now 5 years into this, I have been promoted twice more.

I run the Austin branch, helping guide, train and mentor new consultants but also run our Austin/Temple/Waco area as we look to promote from within our next branch manager.

I love what I do and how much of what I do has brought my family success for our future goals while caring for others. I want to pass that on to others whether it's our military personnel choosing to leave the ranks or anyone that may be searching for their next career.

This is a 1099/Sales Position. You will consult with homeowners and work with them to take care of them.
