Hallmark Field Merchandiser (part-time) – Temple, TX

Join Hallmark Cards as a part‑time Field Merchandiser. You’ll independently showcase organization and time‑management skills, establish retailer relationships, and act as Hallmark’s face while collaborating with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels and support seasonal resets.

As a Field Merchandiser you will work independently in diverse retail environments (grocery, drug, department, and mass retailers) to restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products. You will also support holiday sales peaks and assist with fixture installations.

• Starting hourly pay rate: $12.00–$14.00 depending on skills and experience.
• Annual pay increases for eligible employees.
• Part‑time position with a variable schedule.
• Average weekly hours: 8–10 hours.
• Availability during week before and after major holidays (including weekends) is required.

• Day‑to‑day engagement: use a mobile device to restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark inventory; communicate with supervisor, report time, provide feedback and complete required surveys.
• Holiday support: prepare for increased demand around Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Halloween, Thanksgiving, and Christmas; may work on the holiday and on weekends.
• Department resets: help install and relocate Hallmark fixtures and product displays; notified two weeks in advance.
• Team collaboration: support other merchandisers when needed.

This is a physically demanding role requiring frequent lifting up to 30 lb, occasionally 50 lb, and endurance for walking, kneeling, squatting, standing and climbing stairs or ladders.

• At least 18 years of age.
• Read, write, and understand English.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lb frequently and 50 lb occasionally.
• Operates a digital hand‑held device to read documents and interpret information.
• Has Wi‑Fi access and consistent transportation to travel to assigned stores.
