Job SummaryYou are crucial as Manager of Nursing Registered Nurse 1 in creating a supportive, healthy space for staff. Your responsibilities include promoting top-tier nursing practices and ensuring a nurturing environment. You play a key role in planning, policy formation, resource allocation, and improvement efforts. Designing educational programs and providing nursing care is also essential.

QualificationA Bachelor's degree in Nursing is needed for this role.
A minimum of (3) three years' relevant experience is desired.
Registered NurseBasic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of starting the job.
