• Graduate from an accredited professional nursing program
• Preferred:
  Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience; preferred two years in a psychiatric health‑care facility
• Currently licensed by the Texas State Board of Nursing
• CPR certification and training in Seclusion and Restraint within 30 days of employment
• Handle with Care and Service Excellence training within 30 days of employment

The Staff Nurse (R.N.) is a registered professional nurse who prescribes, coordinates, and evaluates patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members following the nursing process and standards of care.
