We are looking for flexible and detail-oriented individuals to join our production team as Production Associates. This role requires adaptability, as daily duties may shift based on staffing and production needs. Responsibilities include assembling, wrapping, banding, stitching, and gluing products, as well as feeding, stacking, and assisting with machine operations when needed. Successful candidates will thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring high-quality production while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.

• Material Handling:
  Work with various stages of production, from raw corrugated sheets to finished products.
• Production Support:
  Collaborate with coworkers and supervisors to efficiently complete daily assigned tasks and maintain a steady production flow.
• Quality Control:
  Inspect products to ensure they meet company quality standards and report any defects.
• Workplace Maintenance:
  Keep work areas clean and organized to promote a safe and efficient workspace.
• Safety Compliance:
  Follow all workplace safety protocols to prevent accidents and maintain a secure working environment.
