Hub Leader/Property Manager – Temple, Nolanville, and Cameron
We are seeking a Hub Leader/Property Manager to become a part of our team. The position will require working 2 days at our location in Temple, 1 day in Nolanville, and 2 days at our Cameron Facility every week.
Responsibilities- Renting storage units.
- Investigate and resolve tenant complaints.
- Facility cleaning and upkeep.
- Property walk-throughs and cleanup.
- Collection calls for the locations.
- No previous experience is required.
- Ability to build rapport with tenants.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Basic computer knowledge would be very helpful.
- Candidates must possess a personal mobile device capable of installing and operating required business applications.
- Driver's license and reliable transportation.
