We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS R12 Solution Architect with strong functional and solution design expertise in Manufacturing and Sales & Distribution modules. This role will lead end-to-end Oracle EBS implementations, enhancements, and integrations while partnering with business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.

• Serve as the Oracle EBS R12 solution architect
  , owning overall functional design and system integrity
• Lead solution design for Manufacturing and Order-to-Cash processes
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions
• Provide architectural guidance across customizations, integrations, and reporting

• Design and support Oracle Manufacturing modules, including:
• BOM (Bill of Materials)
• WIP (Work in Process)
• Cost Management
• MRP / ASCP (preferred)
• Optimize manufacturing, planning, costing, and shop floor processes
• Architect and support Order-to-Cash flows using:
• Order Management (OM)
• Shipping Execution
• AR integration (basic to advanced)
• Ensure seamless integration between Manufacturing, Inventory, and OM

• Lead or support full lifecycle implementations, upgrades, and rollouts
• Oversee functional setups, configurations, and testing (SIT/UAT)
• Collaborate with on RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, Workflows)

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and plant operations
• Lead workshops, process mapping, and solution walkthroughs
• Mentor functional analysts and junior team members

• Need to be GC or US Citizen
• 15+ years of Oracle EBS experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12
• Deep functional expertise in Manufacturing modules
• Solid experience with Sales & Distribution / Order Management
• Experience as a Solution Architect or Lead Functional Consultant
• Strong understanding of cross-module integrations
• Excellent communication and documentation skills

• Experience with multi-org, multi-plant environments
• Exposure to ASCP / Advanced Planning
• Manufacturing industry background
• Prior experience working onsite with plant operations
