We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and experienced caregiver for day shifts in Temple, TX. This role requires patience, strong communication skills, and proven experience providing care to individuals with higher support needs.
Requirements:- Dementia care experience REQUIRED
- Proven experience in LTC, Memory Care, or Intellectual Disabilities
- Must be reliable and dependable
- Strong conversational and communication skills
- Patient, compassionate, and maintains a positive attitude
- Someone who remains alert and attentive
- Calm, respectful, and understanding in challenging situations
- Professional and trustworthy
- Ready to start immediately
