We’re currently seeking a night shift RN Supervisor to join our team at Baylor Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple, TX — the #1 one‑city in the nation for nursing opportunities and advancement. Baylor Scott & White Memorial Hospital is a 636‑bed specialty‑care teaching hospital and the only Level 1 Trauma Center between Dallas and Austin.

This 38‑bed telemetry‑monitored nursing unit provides the opportunity to care for patients ranging in age from adults to geriatrics. The scope of service includes, but is not limited to:

• Medical oncology
• High‑dose chemotherapy with autologous stem cell transplant
• CAR T cell therapy
• Administration of chemotherapy, biotherapy, and monoclonal antibodies
• Surgical oncology
• Gynecologic oncology
• Administration of radiation therapy
• Hematologic disorders (sickle cell crisis, aplastic anemia, thalassemia, thrombocytopenia)
• Continuous cardiac monitoring (telemetry)

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program
• RN license
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtain within 30 days
• Associate’s degree in nursing
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (including oncology/hematology preferred)
