What We NeedWe’re currently seeking a night shift RN Supervisor to join our team at Baylor Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple, TX — the #1 one‑city in the nation for nursing opportunities and advancement. Baylor Scott & White Memorial Hospital is a 636‑bed specialty‑care teaching hospital and the only Level 1 Trauma Center between Dallas and Austin.
Why Oncology/Hematology?This 38‑bed telemetry‑monitored nursing unit provides the opportunity to care for patients ranging in age from adults to geriatrics. The scope of service includes, but is not limited to:
- Medical oncology
- High‑dose chemotherapy with autologous stem cell transplant
- CAR T cell therapy
- Administration of chemotherapy, biotherapy, and monoclonal antibodies
- Surgical oncology
- Gynecologic oncology
- Administration of radiation therapy
- Hematologic disorders (sickle cell crisis, aplastic anemia, thalassemia, thrombocytopenia)
- Continuous cardiac monitoring (telemetry)

Qualifications- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- RN license
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or obtain within 30 days
- Associate’s degree in nursing
- Minimum 2 years of nursing experience (including oncology/hematology preferred)
