What We NeedWe’re currently seeking a RN Supervisor for Nights to join our team at Baylor Scott & White Memorial Hospital in Temple, Texas – the #1 city in the nation for nursing opportunities and advancement. Baylor Scott & White Memorial Hospital is a 636‑bed specialty care teaching hospital and the only Level 1 Trauma Center between Dallas and Austin.
Why Medical Telemetry?Our Medical Telemetry Unit is a 38‑bed unit focused on providing a high level of direct and individualized care. This unit offers ample learning opportunities with a full spectrum of medical diagnoses and comorbidities. We also provide:

- Patients requiring isolation, including negative airflow rooms

- Patients requiring scopes, thoracentesis, lumbar puncture, central line placement, paracentesis, angio‑cath, pacemaker insertions, and chest tubes
- Enteral feeding tube insertion and maintenance
- Patients requiring cardiac monitoring
- GI abnormalities
- Trach care
- Genitourinary abnormalities

- Graduate of RN School of Nursing
- ADN required (minimum)
- Must be licensed to practice professional nursing by the Texas Board of Nurse Examiners
- Education – Associate’s degree
- Major – Nursing
- Experience – 2 years of experience
Registered Nurse (RN). Basic Life Support (BLS): BLS or BLS within 30 days of hire or transfer.
