This role requires a BS in relevant engineering, 7+ years of experience in extrusion engineering, and deep knowledge of thermoplastics. The ideal candidate will drive continuous improvement, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with quality standards.

Competitive salary of $140,000 - $160,000 and bonus eligibility included.
