Universal Health Services - 1201 CANYON CREEK DRIVE [Medical Records Clerk] As a Medical Records Clerk at Universal Health Services, you'll:
Prioritize, locate, pull, assemble, track and see to the appropriate transport of records requested by other departments in accordance with established standards;
Keep the requester of any record that was not in the file notified of efforts to locate;
Accurately file all charts belonging to assigned aisles to appropriate location daily;
Accurately file all loose papers for assigned aisles within three business days of receipt;
Maintain clean aisles.
