Production Assembler

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled assembly worker who will ensure products meet the highest quality standards while operating hand and power tools, saws, welders, or routers. The successful candidate will follow safety procedures, read production paperwork, calculate measurements, and collaborate with a team to maintain a clean and efficient work environment.

• Must work safely, always using Personal Protective Equipment and following the company’s safety procedures and policies.
• Understand and follow quality guidelines.
• Inspect, examine, and identify products that may be defective.
• Meet the operation performance standards established for each workstation/position.
• Operate hand or power tools, saws, welders, or routers.
• Understand and carry out oral and written instructions.
• Read production paperwork, labels, and computer files.
• Use a tape measure and perform fraction and decimal conversions.
  
  Operate equipment as requested to perform the job.
• Maintain and clean the work area.
• Maintain regular attendance and work overtime as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Manual dexterity required for assembly work and operating machinery.
• Good interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
• Ability to problem solve with or without oral or written instructions.
