To identify and resolve discrepancies between Bills of Lading and TMS system / OVP / OVQ to minimize discrepancies, maximize revenue, and achieve 100% TMS compliant manifests.

• Troubleshoots common and complex rate retrieval errors.
• Validates rate accuracy in the OVA application.
• Issues manifest cor rectors and/or coordinates updates in TMS / OVP / OVQ to resolve compliance issues.
• Navigates TMS, OVP, OVQ, and contract search features.
• Communicates and follows up to ensure compliance issues are resolved.
• Runs prechecks: ensures all Bills of Lading are rated correctly before the vessel sails.
• Reconciles discrepancies identified by running the MFTC report.
• Performs other duties as requested.

This role requires working on-site in the office for five days a week, from Monday to Friday – there is no option for fully remote or hybrid work in this role.

• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience in a similar role or logistics, operations, supply chain pertaining to Customs Brokerage, Freight Forwarding, Trade Compliance, Import/Export regulations
