The team responsible for Amazon Transportation Services is expanding rapidly and is in search of a highly skilled and motivated Account Specialist. This role is crucial in enhancing the shipper experience for vendors and sellers involved in Amazon Inbound Transportation. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving innovation within transportation and logistics, evaluating network shipper defects, and implementing improvements through shipper coaching and performance management.

• Monitor, verify, and present data daily.
• Overcome transportation disruptions and other barriers in real time.
• Identify transportation defect root causes.
• Maintain daily logs on assigned shippers.
• Lead weekly calls with assigned shippers.
• Conduct Daily Business Review Stand-up calls.

• Proficient in account management and Excel.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems and databases.
• Experience in account or vendor management, supporting B2B customers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge in logistics, transportation, sales, supply chain, and intermodal.

• Good relationship-building and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and technical skills.
• Supply chain or logistics experience preferred, but open to other backgrounds.
• General computer literacy, with a focus on email correspondence and organizational skills in Outlook.

The position is currently hybrid with a requirement of three days in the office, transitioning to five days in the office. The environment supports career progression and provides robust training, especially in Excel and other necessary tools. The role emphasizes building trust, delivering results, taking action and ownership, and performing deep dives into issues.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tempe, Arizona.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $23.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Tempe,AZ.
