- Utilize packaging materials and create shipping orders using freight companies' online tools
- Receive and distribute shipments, including deliveries using a forklift
- Maintain accurate inventory records for tracking receipt and delivery to internal customers
- Proactively monitor shipments en route to the facility and communicate with carriers
- Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle
- Completion of U-Haul forklift certification
- Basic functionality in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to operate standard office equipment
- Experience in logistics or shipping operations is preferred
- Previous experience in a logistics, shipping, or inventory management role
- Familiarity with international shipping documentation and processes
- Knowledge of freight company online tools and systems
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
