Overview
Are you looking for a fast-paced, exciting position that includes travel benefits? Mesa Airlines is hiring Crew Schedulers! Crew scheduling involves carrying out various technical scheduling functions and activities, stationing personnel related to crew and flight schedules, and maintaining necessary communication with all crew members.
What you’ll do- Oversee and process schedule adjustments within duty limitations for pilots and flight attendants
- Ensure effective crew member placement for all flights while maintaining an internal customer experience with crew members.
- Maintain a calm and reassuring demeanor during irregular operations
- Manage schedule modifications using software platforms, including Sabre Crew Class, Sabre Crew Trac, and Sabre Crew Qualifier.
- Work together with other departments within the Crew Resource Team for the safe and efficient operation of crew members.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Any additional tasks designated by the management team
- This position is within our Crew Resource team, where you will have the opportunity to interact with the amazing pilots and flight attendants at Mesa Airlines.
- You will never see the same day twice! This role is responsible for updating and modifying crew member schedules according to operational needs of the airline.

- Excellent reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to learn computer systems quickly and efficiently
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Develop a thorough understanding of the pilot and flight attendant contracts, along with all Federal Aviation Regulations.
- Detailed knowledge of contractual work rules and Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs).
- Ability to be detail-oriented and effectively manage shifting priorities.
- Strong computer skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without sponsorship.
- Previous scheduling experience preferred
- HS Diploma or GED required
- Associates Degree or four years of operational experience preferred
- Equivalent education and experience will be considered
